Our Enrollment Process

Welcome to Casa Esme!  Here are the steps to enroll:

  1. Visit our school for a tour and a meeting with the school director.

  2. Add your name to the Casa Esme waiting list.

  3. When a spot for you becomes available, we will know this a few months in advance and offer it to you.

  4. If you want the spot, fill out the enrollment form (Which will be sent once approved for a spot) and submit a deposit for one-half of the first month’s tuition. This amount will be credited to you on your first bill.

  5. Before your child’s start date, submit these forms required by EEC:

    • Child Development Form

    • Emergency Medical Treatment Permission Form

    • Immunization Record from MD

    • Medical Exam Report from MD

  6. Before your child’s start date, meet with the school director and class teacher to review the child development form, share your expectations and any concerns, and ask any questions you have.

  7. During the week or so before the child starts, we encourage you to bring him or her to Casa Esme for several visits.  The first might be an hour, with the parent staying, the next visit longer with the parent leaving, continuing until the child feels comfortable.
